Psychiatry Research Journal
Kent Journal of Psychiatry is a journal dedicated to publication of research carried out by psychiatry trainees and their mentors. This traditional source of new medical knowledge is under pressure due to the logarithmic growth of journal submissions; this journal attempts to redress this balance.
The editors will offer support to young authors in the presentation of their findings. This will be followed by rigorous peer review.
The procedure will enable the journal to fulfil a valuable educational and developmental role in addition to presenting high quality research to a wider readership.
Kent Journal of Psychiatry is a free online publication which appears on a quarterly basis. It offers the best of new research from innovative young thinkers on the front line of mental health care.
